C&T Auctioneers and Valuers Ltd are able to offer a full house clearance service in association with Samco Ltd.
A representative from C&T Auctioneers and Valuers Ltd will visit the property and remove any item(s) that they feel suitable for auction and place into the next suitable auction on behalf of the property owner / Executor.
Once we have removed suitable items for auction, the property will then be cleared by Samco Ltd and a fee will be charged for this service.
All work carried out by C&T Auctioneers and Valuers Ltd and Samco Ltd is fully insured and done in a professional manner.
